Exam papers, worksheets, newsletters and reports — schools print more than almost any business. We keep Gauteng schools and campuses printing at the lowest cost per page, with machines that survive exam season.
Bursars and heads of admin raise the same four issues, term after term.
Thousands of exam papers in one week flatten under-specced machines exactly when it matters most.
School fees fund education, not runaway toner and repair bills. Cost per page has to be tight.
Question papers must not sit on an open tray or a shared drive where learners might find them.
Thirty teachers, one slow copier, five minutes before class — a daily recipe for chaos.
Devices rated for 55 000–63 000 pages a month take exam week in their stride.
High-volume mono for worksheets and papers keeps cost per copy at its absolute floor.
PIN-release printing keeps question papers locked in the queue until the setter collects them.
Per-department codes and quotas keep every faculty inside its paper budget.
Stapled, sorted exam packs and booklet-folded newsletters straight off the machine.
One fixed monthly invoice — toner, parts, labour and callouts included — that a bursar can plan around.
