What we collect
We collect information you provide in quote forms, brochure or driver download requests, and contact enquiries: name, company, email, phone, and any message content. We also collect anonymous analytics data via Google Analytics and Firebase.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to fulfil quote requests, deliver requested files, respond to enquiries, and improve our website. Where required, we rely on your consent (POPIA). We may also process data where we have a legitimate interest in operating our business.
Storage and retention
Quote and lead data is stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud). We retain records for as long as needed to fulfil your request and meet legal obligations, typically up to 3 years for commercial enquiries.
Third parties
We use Firebase (database and hosting), email delivery for quote alerts, Vercel (website hosting), and Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also object to processing or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for analytics (GA4/Firebase) to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected.
