Print volumes doubled, colour became essential, or the old machine faults weekly. We take your old printer, any brand, off your hands and put an upgrade allowance toward a new Toshiba e-STUDIO, swapping machines with zero downtime across Johannesburg, Pretoria and greater Gauteng. Removal and recycling of the old unit included.
Most offices keep the wrong printer for years because replacing it feels like a project. We make it a morning: valuation, swap, setup and training in one visit.
Printing more than your machine's duty cycle handles? We move you to a higher-volume e-STUDIO before the strain becomes breakdowns.
When proposals, marketing and client documents need colour, we swap your mono machine for a colour MFP sized to your volumes.
On our rentals, upgrade or downgrade mid-term and we simply adjust the monthly fee. No buy-out penalties on flexible plans.
Bring any make of machine and we put an upgrade allowance straight against your new Toshiba, whether you buy or rent. We handle the old unit either way.

Printers rarely fail all at once. They fall behind gradually, and offices absorb the friction without noticing the cost. If more than one of these sounds familiar, an upgrade almost certainly pays for itself.
Whether your current machine is owned outright or rented from us, and whatever brand it is, there is a clean route to the right hardware.
