A fully reconditioned Toshiba e-STUDIO multifunction printer on 30 days notice, with a pay-per-print service plan covering toner, servicing, parts and our 4 to 8 hour onsite response. No 36 or 60-month commitment. Built for startups, project offices, satellite branches and any Gauteng business that wants flexibility without losing support.
Month-to-month does not mean second-tier. Our refurbished machines are fully reconditioned and workshop-tested, with the same 4 to 8 hour response and the same service cover as our longest contracts, just without the multi-year signature.
Workshop-tested Toshiba e-STUDIO machines, reconditioned to run like new and backed by the same service cover as our brand-new units.
Genuine Toshiba toner, drums and consumables on a pay-per-print service plan. You pay for the pages you print, not inflated retail toner prices.
All maintenance, parts and labour covered. A technician onsite within 4 to 8 business hours anywhere in Gauteng when needed.
Scale down, swap machines or return the unit with a month's notice. Your quote spells out the short minimum initial period upfront.
Volumes growing? Move up a machine class whenever you need. Many clients start flexible and settle into a longer term later.
Delivery, network configuration and staff training within 3 to 5 business days of quote acceptance, across greater Gauteng.
Signing a 60-month contract makes sense when you know your volumes. But plenty of businesses genuinely cannot know yet: the startup that might triple headcount, the project office that closes in eight months, the branch being trialled in a new suburb. Month-to-month, on a cost-friendly refurbished machine, exists exactly for them.
The shorter the commitment, the higher the monthly rate. We would rather show you the trade-off plainly than have you find it in the fine print.
On a refurbished machine, with 30 days notice. Perfect while volumes are unproven, and you can convert to a new-machine long term whenever you are ready.
Quote month-to-monthMeaningfully cheaper per month with a mid-term upgrade path built in. Where most offices land once volumes are known.
Compare 36-monthThe cheapest way to run a printer month to month, for established offices with predictable volumes and no plans to move.
Compare 60-month* Add a pay-per-print service plan for toner, servicing, parts and onsite support. Month-to-month is on refurbished machines; 36 and 60-month terms are available on new machines. Pricing excl. VAT.
